There is a limit on how many pitches a pitcher can throw in a single game.
Starting Pitchers can only pitch if their NP is full. Starting Pitchers will recover NP whenever they are not part of the roster for a game.
Relief Pitchers will recover NP after every game.
When the NP is not full, you can fully recharge it using Gems.
