You can dispatch players who are not on your team to leagues in other countries.
Teams in different leagues prefer different positions, and you must send players according to their specified positions.
You can only dispatch one player to a single team in each league.

The OVR requirements for players increase depending on the level of each league.
If the dispatched player does not meet the OVR requirements, you will receive smaller rewards.
The weaker the team is within each league, the bigger the rewards will be once your players meet the OVR requirements.

Incentives will differ depending on the performance of the team to which your player is dispatched.
Batters who place 1st in the Most home runs/Most hits/Most steals category, as well as pitchers who place 1st in the Most strikeouts/Most victories/Most saves category, will be rewarded for their achievements.
